Orders

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

How fast will my order ship?

Standard Orders: Ship within 2 business days.
Custom Straps: Made-to-order and ship within approximately 3 weeks.

How do you ship?
We use USPS Ground Advantage for free shipping on all orders. If you need it faster, USPS Priority shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Will I receive tracking info?
Yes! You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package is on the way.

Can I make changes after placing my order?
No. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.


Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including for Custom Straps.

What if something arrives damaged?
We don’t offer replacements. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Is film development refundable if nothing turns out?
No. All film development and scans are final sale. Pro tip: Use flash for every single photo, even during the day, to get the best results.


Sending Cameras Back for Development

Do you cover the cost to send cameras back?
Yes—for one shipment per order. If you ordered a Party Pack (multiple cameras), please send all cameras together. If cameras are returned in separate shipments, you’ll be responsible for the additional postage.
