#001Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one camera or one thousand. Orders of 10 or more get the art placement fee waived on full bleed designs.
#002How much does it cost?
Custom cameras start at $149.99 for our 3 pack. Customizing in our 3D editor is free. Full bleed artwork has a $50 art placement fee for file review and proofing, waived on orders of 10 or more cameras. Tell us your quantity and whether you need development included for a quote.
#003How long does it take?
Allow 2 weeks from artwork to delivery for custom cameras. Tell us your event date when you enquire so we can confirm the schedule. Need cameras sooner? Our Party Pack ships in a day with holographic or matte white labels.
#004What's the difference between "cameras only" and the "kit"?
Cameras only are for shooting. The kit also includes film development, scanning and digital delivery. Let us know whether you want development included when you request your quote.
#005How does the QR code work?
Every camera has its own QR code. Guests scan it and enter their name and email to register that roll. This connects their photos to them so the scans can be delivered directly after development.
#006What file do I need to send?
For full bleed artwork, request our Illustrator template and send back your finished file. We review the file and send a proof. You can also use the customizer to upload photos, add your logo and choose fonts and colors.
#007Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Send us your event details, quantity and artwork using the form above. We'll get back within one business day with a proof and a quote.
#008How do guests get their photos back?
When the cameras come back to our lab, we develop and scan within 3 days. Registered guests get their photos by text and email, and you get the whole gallery. Entire gallery can be shared with an email of your choice.
#009How is shipping handled?
Our kits include return shipping to the lab. Pack the cameras into their original box, attach the prepaid return label and drop them at USPS. Include your delivery location and event date in your enquiry so we can confirm shipping for your order.
#010Do you do on site developing?
Yes. Our mobile film lab has developed photos on site at events including ComplexCon and M3F Fest. Tell us your event location, date and camera count so we can discuss availability.
#011Can I reorder the same design?
Contact us with your previous design or order details, the new quantity and your event date. We will review the artwork and confirm a quote and delivery schedule.
